How it works!
1. Take the Assessment
Come into the office or schedule a virtual appointment with one of our providers to assess your current symptoms and concerns.
2. Blood work and in-home testing
We offer and array of in-home saliva testing and regular blood lab work to be done at your convenience.
3. Telemedicine or In-Person Follow-Up
Follow up will be completed after the lab results are in and you can discuss with your experienced provider the best individualized treatment plan that is right for you.
4. Medications Delivered to Your Door
Medications and supplies are delivered to your door, to allow you to start your plan as soon as right for you.
