Healthcare That Revolves Around You
PERSONALIZED, WHOLE-PERSON HEALTHCARE
Longer visits. Deeper understanding. Personalized healthcare that looks beyond symptoms to understand the complete picture.
TRANSFORMING THE STANDARD OF CARE IN NEW ENGLAND. ONE INDIVIDUAL AT A TIME.
THE LUX HEALTH DIFFERENCE
A Different Kind of Healthcare
Our approach to care is designed to give you the time and attention you deserve. With longer appointments, we take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and look at your health as a whole—not just a list of symptoms. Your care is individualized to your unique needs, with a whole-person assessment that considers your hormones, mental health, metabolism, lifestyle, and overall well-being.
We believe in collaborative decision-making and working with you to create a personalized plan that feels supportive, informed, and aligned with your health goals.

Complete Care. One Practice.
INTEGRATED CARE
Most practices treat one part of you. We treat all of you. Direct Primary Care, psychiatric services, and functional wellness — working together under one roof, guided by one provider who sees the full picture.
Your body, your mind, and your daily well-being are not separate. Your healthcare should not be either.
Primary Care Foundation — Your health starts with a provider who knows you and catches problems early.
Mental Health Integration — Anxiety, depression, and focus issues are addressed alongside physical health.
Functional Wellness — Hormone optimization, metabolic health, and root-cause diagnostics complete the picture.

MEET YOUR PROVIDER
Elizabeth Martell
FNP-BC • PMHNP-BC
After 20 years in critical care — managing the most complex, highest-acuity patients — Elizabeth saw a pattern: the healthcare system was built around disease, not health. Patients were treated after they broke, rarely before.
She built Lux Health to change that. Today, she brings that same clinical intensity to a different mission: catching what others miss, finding root causes, and giving patients the time and attention they deserve.
As a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, she bridges the gap between physical and mental health — treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. She is also a university professor and clinical educator, shaping the next generation of advanced practice providers.
