Friday — What’s New in Women’s Health

New research, guidelines and health headlines translated into clear language, with context about what is known and what remains uncertain.

You may also receive voice notes, polls, myth-busting posts and general educational responses to member-requested topics.

How membership works

1. Join the Collective. Create your member account and enroll in the $27 monthly membership.

2. Open your welcome page. After purchasing, follow your welcome email to the protected Start Here page.

3. Join us on Telegram. Use the private invitation on that page to request community access. We verify active membership before admission.

Good to know before you join

Is this medical care?

No. The Collective provides education and community only. Membership does not include individual consultations, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or personal lab interpretation and does not establish a patient-provider relationship.

Can I request a topic?

Yes. You may suggest topics for general educational content. Individual medical questions cannot be answered here, and a response to every topic request is not guaranteed.

Do I need Telegram?

Yes. The community is delivered primarily through Telegram. You will need a Telegram account. Your private invitation is available only on the protected member welcome page.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime through the account you used to join, before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of your current paid month. Leaving Telegram or deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. For help, email support@luxhealth.care.

What is the refund policy?

Membership payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for partial months, unused membership time or missed content. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid another charge. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@luxhealth.care so we can review it. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.

LUX Women’s Health Collective provides general health education and community support only. All content, voice notes, polls and responses to topic requests are not individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Membership does not establish a patient-provider relationship with Lux Health PLLC or its clinicians.

Consult your own qualified healthcare professional about personal symptoms, test results, medications or treatment decisions. Do not delay seeking care because of community content. The Collective is not monitored for emergencies; call 911 or your local emergency number for urgent help.

Please do not post medical records, lab results or identifying health information. A private Telegram community is not a confidential patient portal, and other members may see or share what you post.
