About Owner/Medical Director:

Elizabeth Martell FNP-BC PMHNP-BC

Elizabeth is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. Her background spans acute care, critical care, psychiatry, rehabilitation, and primary care settings.

Through her own health journey, Elizabeth realized the limitations of conventional medicine when it comes to uncovering and addressing the root causes of chronic symptoms like fatigue and imbalance. Driven by a passion to provide deeper, more individualized care, she founded Lux Health to offer patients a different path — one that prioritizes healing, personalization, and empowerment.

Elizabeth believes that every patient deserves to feel their absolute best — and that true wellness can only be achieved by treating patients as individuals, not numbers. Most of her current clients have felt ignored by conventional medicine. She is committed to partnering with her patients to uncover the underlying causes of their symptoms and helping them reclaim their health and vitality.

When she’s not caring for her patients, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and rescue dogs. She loves being outdoors, especially by the ocean, where she feels most connected to nature and at peace.

Elizabeth is also an active member of the Rising Rose Foundation in New Hampshire, a local organization dedicated to lifting up individuals and families through health, home, and community initiatives. At the Rising Rose Foundation, the mission is simple but powerful: meaningful change starts right here, within our own neighborhoods.
