INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is your initial visit when you are interested in weight loss & peptide, hormone replacement therapy, or functional medicine due to not feeling your best. You will have blood work done prior to this appointment at Quest or another lab through your insurance, if possible. Our provider will discuss your labs and treatment options at this visit.
